Repairs are usually in house for 2-3 days, however we can rush an order if necessary. We're proud to say we warrant our repairs for a full 6 months, tracking warranties by serial number.  User abuse is not covered by our warranty, for example; obvious physical damage - a good indication of user abuse.

When component replacement is necessary, we only use brand new parts that are equivalent to their OEM counterparts in form, fit and function.  We thoroughly test every sensor we repair.  Testing includes validation of wiring, LEDs and photodiodes, as well as a final performance evaluation on a calibrated SpO2 monitor and certified SpO2 simulator.

We can repair or, if necessary, replace the SpO2 probe/cable regardless of failure. Most hospitals find it is more cost-effective to repair their SpO2 probes & cables rather than replacing them.  New SpO 2 probes & cables from the OEM vary in price but, often, can cost more than $250 each.
